Cancellation Policy
Property Bookings:
Clients may request to cancel a property booking within 24 hours of the date of booking. Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or through your assigned agent.
Project Changes:
In the event of project delays, changes, or unavailability from the developer's side, clients will be given options for alternative properties or the option to cancel the booking.
Processing Time:
Cancellation requests are typically processed within 7 business days after receiving a formal request.
Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds will be applicable only if the cancellation is made within the eligible cancellation period and according to the terms stated in the booking agreement.
Refund Amount:
Full refund:
If cancellation is made within 24 hours, and no third-party charges have been incurred.
Partial refund:
If certain administrative or third-party processing fees apply, these will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Non-Refundable Situations:
After the cancellation window has passed.
If the buyer defaults on agreed payment schedules.
In cases where legal documentation has already been finalized.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment within 7 days after the cancellation is confirmed and all necessary documentation is completed.
